This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using aerOwner.
By using aerOwner, you agree not to misuse the platform.
You must not:
- post false, misleading or deceptive content;
- advertise an aircraft, share or item you do not own or are not authorised to advertise;
- impersonate another person or business;
- upload unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene or discriminatory material;
- upload malicious software, scripts or harmful files;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to user accounts or website systems;
- scrape, copy or harvest content or contact details from the site without permission;
- use the platform to spam users or send unsolicited marketing;
- use the platform in connection with fraud, scams or unlawful conduct;
- publish content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or confidentiality rights;
- post content that promotes unsafe or unlawful aviation activity.
Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend listings, suspend accounts, block access, or take other action where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached.
Serious or repeated breaches may result in permanent removal from the platform.
We may also preserve evidence and cooperate with law enforcement or regulators where appropriate.
