This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to paid services purchased on aerOwner through WooCommerce, including listing publication packages, featured listings, boosted listings and related promotional services.

1. Nature of our services

aerOwner sells digital and service-based products connected to the publication and promotion of listings on the platform.

These are not physical goods. In most cases, the purchased service begins shortly after payment, when the listing is published, scheduled, upgraded or otherwise activated.

2. Consumer cancellation rights

Where applicable consumer law gives you a right to cancel, that right will apply only to the extent required by law.

By purchasing a paid listing or promotional service for immediate activation, you expressly request that we begin supplying the service without waiting until the end of any cancellation period.

You acknowledge that, where permitted by law, once the service has been fully performed, or where relevant digital activation has begun, your right to cancel may be lost or reduced.
